Our Code of Conduct governs the behaviour of all Help4Wales employees, trustees and volunteers. We have a stick set of rules in place to ensure all of our projects run smoothly and to a professional standard. The policy sets out a minimum level of behaviour,provides guidelines to help maintain standards and aims to protect the reputation of Help4Wales Foundation.
Help4Wales Foundation needs to gather and use certain information about individuals. These can include individuals using our services, volunteers, suppliers, business contacts, employees and other people the organisation has a relationship with or may need to contact. This policy describes how this personal data must be collected, handled and stored to meet the company’s data protection standards and to comply with the law.
Help4Wales Foundation recognises that in our day to day operations we may impact on the environment in a number of ways and are committed to continual improvement in our environmental performance. We are committed to continual improvement in our environmental performance, through the implementation of Environmental procedures, and the establishment of measurable environmental objectives and targets. These will be documented, implemented, maintained, monitored and reviewed.
